Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton gave a big speech on the economy Thursday in Detroit. It was mainly a rebuttal to a speech delivered by her Republican opponent on Monday, also in Detroit. Clinton reiterated her plan to invest in infrastructure and green energy, to make in-state college tuition-free and impose an "exit tax'' on businesses that move overseas.
